CHALLENGE:
Our brief was to design and build a travelling trade show experience that would attract delegates, cut through the noise and help communicate the cash flow benefits of Amex to small business owners. Our research gave us the insight that led to the idea: small business owners experience a lot of ups downs that can stop them fully enjoying running their business.
IDEA:
Enjoy the ride. A 360 VR white water rapids experience that turned cash flow into a more exciting kind of flow. The thrill of the ride acted as a metaphor for running a business with the help of Amex smoothing out the ‘bumps’ of cash flow. Importantly, the dramatic setting reflected in the design of the stand attracted delegates and got them talking to the staff about what Amex could do for them.
