HEINEKEN SATURDAY CHATBOT

To drive hype and desire for the biggest party event at the Australian F1 Grand Prix – Heineken Saturday – we challenged people to talk their way past three bespoke chatbots on Facebook messenger to win VIP tickets. The campaign drove over 1.4 million visitors to Heineken on Facebook, more than 2 million social media impressions, reached over 56 million people and ultimately sold more than 1.2 million litres of Heineken.
