At the heart of the activation were two robotic arms, Heidi and Ken, programmed to serve beers to customers at a pop-up bar in Darlinghurst, Sydney. Designed in collaboration with robotics experts from the University of Sydney, the bar offered a fully contact-free beer experience, ensuring safety while delivering a novel twist on traditional hospitality.
