HEINEKEN ZER0.0 CONTACT BAR
THE INNOVATION THAT MATTERS
The Heineken Zer0.0 Contact Bar transformed the challenges of physical distancing into an innovative and engaging experience, showcasing Heineken 0.0’s alcohol-free offering in a way that resonated with consumers during a time of change.
At the heart of the activation were two robotic arms, Heidi and Ken, programmed to serve beers to customers at a pop-up bar in Darlinghurst, Sydney. Designed in collaboration with robotics experts from the University of Sydney, the bar offered a fully contact-free beer experience, ensuring safety while delivering a novel twist on traditional hospitality. The sleek design of the space, illuminated with Heineken branding and featuring a conveyor belt beer delivery system, captured attention both on-site and through widespread media coverage.
