We identified a unique positioning based around the evolved ways in which people want to explore the world. Globally, people want the ability to be more flexible whilst travelling, so they can make the most of each moment. The fear of high roaming fees means many travellers feel forced to lock in itineraries before travel, and rarely use data ‘on the go’ to uncover adventure in the moment.

By identifying some of the main areas where people experience the spontaneous moments within travel we created video content encouraging people to be flexible when travelling thanks to FlexiRoam. We created brand videos across Culinary Adventures: (When Adventure Bites Back!) Spontaneous Itinerary Changes (Embrace the Unexpected!) and Thrilling Activities (Adrenaline Meets Assurance!)
